The floor in brighton was sanded to perfection and took only 2 days to sand and seal with  a clear varnish.  day one the furniture was removed and was replaced on day 2 on the understanding that furniture was to be placed in position and not scraped along the floor which could damage it.  the floor looks perfect!!
